Assisting thousands per year by providing a sense of hope, belonging and purpose, it was important that the Uniting Care West staff feel safe and harmonious in their workplace.
Our mission was to create a workplace that is reflective of the culture and values of the Uniting Care West organisation. The space was designed to encourage collaboration, creativity and curiosity which would create an environment that sparked them to carry out their mission in the Perth community.
Provision of diverse and varied space types allows staff to work in a way that suits them, both independently and in group scenarios. Uplifting and bright coloured accents were used on a neutral base palette to evoke an inspiring and inclusive feel.
