The client briefing required the seamless co-location of two divisions of the company with emphasis on a fresh beginning, building a team environment and providing a balance between function and fun. The choice by management to proceed with a totally open plan workspace was managed through close consultation with the client and workshopping. ESD initiatives were incorporated through use of sustainable materials, modular planning and design strategies to work in with the NABERS rating of the building.
