Azure Capital appointed MKDC to take a brief and
provide test fit planning options for the company to
relocate to new premises. The decision to relocate to
108 St. George’s Terrace was unanimous as the floor
plate provided the option of sole tenancy on the floor.
Level 46 also provided unparalleled views which were
exploited within a bespoke client meeting facility.
The brief was to include high quality, timeless finishes
within the office and client areas. MKDC positioned the
staff hub on the building perimeter directly adjacent to
the open plan workspace to encourage collaboration
whilst maximizing access to the spectacular views
and natural light.
Staff amenities include a high number of offices,
support spaces which encouraged collaboration,
bench style workstations, and numerous quiet rooms.
The client was delighted in the resultant fit out that
was both warm and welcoming to their clients, and
provided a comfortable collaborative workspace for
MKDC provided both the briefing and design services to Azure Capital for this fitout.
